With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Engr. Johnny Louee F. Chan brings a wealth of technical expertise and proven leadership to every project. Throughout his career, he partnered with great contractors, building a strong reputation and gaining extensive hands-on experience across all phases of construction—from planning and design coordination to execution and project completion. This wealth of knowledge eventually led him to establish his own company, Capstone Engineering Services.
